02/07/12 - Let's take a look at some stocks that were pretty interesting on Tuesday. http://www.TheTechTrader.com Key Tronic Corporation (KTCC) has very, very strong momentum. After it broke the running gap last week, and then a pullback for a couple days, the volume dissipated, and the OBV kept going up. The Money Stream and Balance of Power look very good. On Tuesday, this stock ripped from 9.05 to 10.30, closing at 10.20, up 1.00, or almost 11%, on nearly 400,000 traded. That's good volume for that stock. It may have the potential to reach 11 1/2, possibly even 12 1/2 short-term. http://www.TheTechTrader.com SolarWinds, Inc. (SWI), as you can see, is close to the key target at the 38-9 zone, up 3.09 to 36.36, or 9.3%, on 6.5 million shares on Tuesday. That's very big volume for this stock. It may very well head toward 38-40 zone, but at this point, be careful with this stock, and keep Tuesday's low of 34.38 for a stop. http://www.TheTechTrader.com Hudson Technologies, Inc. (HDSN) has an extremely strong pattern. It's up in the key resistance area at this point. It had a nice reversal day, going from 2.94 to 3.28, and closing at 3.27, just a penny off the high on Tuesday, up 12 cents, or 3.8%. It's extended on a short-term basis, going from 1.35 to 3.28, nearly tripling in a short period of time. The long-term chart shows massive overhead resistance, and going back 13 years, it has a very big base, which, if taken out, could lead to a very big move into the double digits, doubling it, or even tripling it. http://www.TheTechTrader.com Rackspace Hosting, Inc (RAX), our swing trade, is working out well, up another 1.22 on Tuesday to 49.62, or 2.5%, on 4.1 million shares. The technicals are surging, as this stock breaks out over key resistance. The long-term top on this stock is calling for a move that can take it up into the high 60's. That's the long-term potential.
